How to convert PPTX to PDF
Choose mode: Select Browser Mode (private) or Backend Mode (high accuracy) before uploading.
Upload: Drag & drop your file or click Browse Files. Max 50 MB.
Preview: Slide thumbnails appear on the left. Click any to preview it.
Quality & range: Set render quality and which slides to export in the right panel.
Convert: Click Convert to PDF. The PDF downloads automatically.
Conversion Modes
🔒 Private Browser Mode
Files stay entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded.
Best for simple PPTX slides with text, images, and basic shapes.
Complex objects like charts, SmartArt, and animations may be simplified.
Supports .pptx only. Legacy .ppt must be saved as .pptx first.
⚡ High Accuracy Backend Mode
Uploads your file securely for conversion using a LibreOffice rendering engine.
Best for complex PowerPoint files with tables, charts, SmartArt, master slides, and advanced layouts.
Supports both .ppt and .pptx formats.
Files are automatically deleted from the server after conversion.
Requires an active internet connection and server availability.
Quality settings (Browser Mode)
Fast (72 DPI): Smallest file. Good for screen sharing.
Balanced (150 DPI): Best for most uses. Recommended.
Best (300 DPI): Highest quality. Good for printing.
Privacy
In Browser Mode, all processing happens inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Your files never leave your device.
In Backend Mode, your file is uploaded securely only for conversion. The server automatically deletes both the uploaded and converted files immediately after the PDF is returned.
Backend Mode — No Preview
When using Backend Mode, no slide thumbnails or preview are shown. This is normal. The conversion happens entirely on our server. Simply:
Select Backend Mode on the upload screen
Upload your .pptx or .ppt file
Click Convert to PDF in the right panel
Your PDF will download automatically
You do not need to see a preview for the conversion to work. The server produces a high accuracy PDF and sends it directly to your browser.
