Excel to PDF user guide

1. Upload

Choose one or more XLS/XLSX files. The tool reads sheet names and previews the first rows locally in your browser.

2. Select sheets

Use the sheet chips shown in the preview area. Selected sheets are included in the final PDF output.

3. Export

Pick A4, Letter, or Legal, then convert. Enable ZIP when converting multiple files for easier download.

Tip: For wide spreadsheets, keep Landscape, “Fit columns to page width”, “Smart wide-table fit”, “Wrap long cell text”, and “Compact small sheets” enabled. For non-English text, this build draws the table visually so the PDF will not fail because of unsupported standard PDF font encoding.
